CCS will develop Class "A" surface models from sketch, point cloud, existing engineering data or reverse engineered from physical parts by 3D digital scanning of existing parts. CCS Class "A" surface modeling will meet .001mm position, .05deg tangency and has a fully curvature continuous patch structure or can adhere to custom criteria to meet customer requirements.
Our surface data can be imported into most 3D PLM software as a fully healed surface quilt for use for components and/ or complete system designs.
Files can be sent in any format desired by the client. .ie IGES, VDA, EDF, or in the customer selected part file format . (Siemens UG NX, I-Deas NX Series, Dassault Catia V5, PTC Pro-Engineer).
